I live in Hampstead NH with my husband and business partner Jay. Hampstead is a small southern NH town. The location is ideal and we travel all over listing and selling real estate. We’ve been working full time in real estate in the Hampstead and in the Southern NH area since 1984. That’s a lot of years and a lot of experience!
Jay and I work together as a real estate team for Prudential Verani Realty Prudential Verani has 10 offices from Concord NH to points east and south. We literally can work wherever our customer and clients needs take us. Together we have over 44 years of real estate experience behind us. We know our market…the communities, the homes and if you’re looking for a personal touch…people who really care about helping you…you’ve come to the right place.

My Areas of Expertise…

I mainly focus on residential real estate sales including land acquisitions and new construction. My primary area is Southern NH, covering towns located in Rockingham County.

A little History about me…

Since becoming a REALTOR? in 1984, I have been honored to have been twice selected REALTOR? of the Year by my peers. Being REALTOR of Year once was incredible…twice was something I never expected and will never forget. I’ve served on and chaired several REALTOR committees for my local Board of REALTORS as well as being a State and local Director and an orientation instructor .
I am very active at the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS, a long-term member of and have chaired the professional standards committee, the legal committee, served on the Executive committee for 2 years. I have just been selected to chair the Professional Development committee.
I am also a National Association of REALTORS certified Professional Standards and Mediation instructor. Currently I am serving a 3 year term on National Associations of REALTORS?, Professional Standards committee.
I started teaching real estate related topics 1988. I teach GRI, Quick Start and Ethics courses for the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS and teach both Agency and REALTOR professionalism courses through out the State. While I love training and sharing my skills and knowledge I still work in the field listing and selling real estate on a daily basis.
My special Interests…
My husband Jay and I enjoy traveling in our 41 foot motor home to destinations that allow us to enjoy our favorite outdoor activities including long walks, bike riding, kayaking, golfing and simply relaxing on a sunny beach. We love the coast of Maine and go there as often as we can. The beauty of a motor home is that we can pick up and go anywhere with our house on wheels. It is fully equipped with everything needed to work remotely.
